TOTAL SCAM. Just like others have said here. Got a text from +447751634682 on 19/06/2017 saying "Our records show you're in l." Didn’t bother clicking the link or reading more. I’ve not been in any car accident, so this is definitely dodgy. Big thanks to everyone who flagged this number on here, helped me see it for what it is. Had my ID and phone nicked a few months back, so honestly wouldn’t be shocked if this is connected to that lot. Wish the cops had more manpower to sort these things out!

Got a text like that saying I was due some payout from a car accident that wasn’t my fault. I never reply to messages like this because, like others mentioned, even replying to say don’t contact me just confirms they’ve got a real number. So now I’ve saved the number in my phone labelled as DO NOT PICK UP just in case they decide to call.

This is obviously a dodgy scam tryin' to grab your personal info. I got the exact same message as what others here said - and I've never had a car at all! Don’t even bother replying "opt out" like they say, all it does is confirm your number’s active and they’ll just keep botherin' you. Honestly, just BLOCK, REPORT, and DELETE it right away!!

Got a message about a motor accident that supposedly wasn’t my fault. The number was blocked straight away and I sent the text and the phone number over to Vodafones scam reporting line (it’s 87726). If you’re with a different network you can still report dodgy numbers by texting 7726. I also posted the number on my local police’s Facebook page where they handle scams.

I also got a couple of texts one after the other from 07751 632682, both saying "Our records show you're entitled to compensation for a non-fault car accident". Trouble is, I don’t drive at all.
