Mate got a call from someone claiming to be County Court. Said they were checking if someone would be in when a writ might be delivered. Told them yes, but no one turned up and there’s no writ at all. Reckon it’s maybe just a way of seeing if the number’s real or if the place is unoccupied? Seems a bit dodgy to me.

Some bloke called me, said he was Gareth Davis and pretending to be a bailiff. He threatened me that bailiffs would turn up at 2pm. He then gave me a number to ring for a Stuart Wheeler at Basildon court. Honestly, it's a total scam. Make sure you report this to Action Fraud!

Some bloke called Gareth Davis used a totally wrong name and an ancient address, telling me I hadn’t responded to a county court writ he was meant to deliver today. I don’t owe anyone a penny, never have, and this is actually the second time I’ve been hassled like this. The very first time, he was threatening to rock up at my place with a locksmith to break in and seize stuff. When I challenged him over the phone this round, he just ended the call abruptly.

Got a call from someone saying their name was Gareth Davies, ringing on 07751 476486 about some kind of county court order and warrant of control tied to demands they reckoned I’d missed back in 2016 about Google ads. They said they were from the High Court Enforcement Agency and told me to phone the court at 01268 200169 to get details. Also warned that they had the authority to seize goods worth £3,993 from my house later that day. It really gave me a scare.

Got a call from someone saying they were 'Gareth Davies' using 07751 476486. They told me I had a warrant of control and a county court order because I supposedly ignored some demands from 2016 about Google ads. Claimed to be with the high court enforcement agency and told me to ring the court on 01268 200169 for details. Said they had the authority to take goods from my home later that day for nearly £4,000! It was pretty scary.
