They claimed to be from BT, which immediately felt off. All they wanted was for me to sign into my computer so they could "show" me a list of errors. Complete rubbish if you ask me. When I questioned them, they started getting all snotty and raising their voices. I’m pretty convinced they weren’t from BT at all - more like the scammers they pretended to be warning me about. I just blocked the number, but I’m sure they’ll ring again from a different one tomorrow. And the cycle continues.
