I reckon this call was dodgy - the person said they were from BT and told me I had to visit a specific website to sort out my slow internet issue. It's a bit worrying because Openreach have been dealing with the same broadband problem at my place over the past few days, which makes me think these scammers might be tracking things. I’m the first to look up this number, so I’m still not sure if it was legit or not!
