Somebody rang me pretending to be PayPal and sent a link in the message.

Looks like yet another scam to me, no doubt about it.

I got a message supposedly from DVLA saying I had some unpaid vehicle tax refund or something and they wanted me to click on a ‘secure’ link. Sounded dodgy to me, so I didn’t bother with it. Definitely a scam if you ask me!
