I’ve never done any scamming, this is just my own number. Still, I’m worried it might have been compromised somehow. Can anyone help me find out? Darren James-Thomas, Brighton.

I got calls from 07749499629 and 02034382829, both had some automated voice claiming to be from HMRC about some unpaid stuff and possible court action, telling me to press 1. The voice sounded a bit American, which felt odd, and it mentioned chatting with an 'officer'. I seriously doubt HMRC would call on a mobile like that or use such language. Feels like a scam to me.
