Got a call from someone acting like they were a financial adviser - total hassle!

I picked up this number and you could tell someone was on the line, but then they just ended the call. I've blocked it now.

For a few days straight, this number kept ringing me, usually while I was working. I mostly ignored it, but today I finally picked up. Some guy called James, speaking with a thick Indian accent, said he was from some financial advice company. I told him I wasn't interested, hung up straight away, and now I’m just blocking the number.

Got a call just after lunch from an Asian guy saying he was from the national debt helpline. I told him I wasn’t interested and hung up straight away. Then about half an hour later, the same number called back, I answered with a hello but got no response. After I said hello again, I heard a beep, then a robotic voice said goodbye and the call ended. Blocked the number now, will see if they try from somewhere else!
