They called me several times and kept silent, then finally asked for me saying I owed money to some lenders. Started with 6k, then bumped it up to almost 7k. Had no clue who these lenders were or the exact sum. Told the guy he needed to do his job properly and find out exactly which companies and how much I supposedly owe. He just kept saying I should know and kept telling me off. He got really rude, so I lost my cool and shouted at him a bit. After that, he just hung up on me.

Got a call from an Asian lady saying my loan application was accepted, but I never actually applied for any loan. When I mentioned that to her, she just said “bye bye” and hung up.

Guy sounded like he might be Polish, but the connection was awful. Claimed he was ringing from Citizens Advice about a government scheme to combine my debts. Nearly got taken in since I once had council tax debt and used Citizens Advice for help. I asked what debts he meant, and he said "credit cards and loans." I told him I’ve never had a loan or credit card, and he replied, "uhm, that’s not what my info says." When I pressed for where exactly he was calling from, he just hung up.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from citizens advice saying there were court orders to deal with. I asked if they knew about GDPR, and they said yes. Then I told them they can't contact me without my consent, and I wasn’t giving any. They just hung up on me. Then about a week later, they called again but hung up as soon as I picked up!

‭07749 312620‬ has been ringing me today, yesterday, and on Monday too. Some bloke on the other end claimed he was calling from a government debt recovery agency. When I asked him to send me some official documents, he said there’s no paperwork and that he’s allowed to call me directly. I told him I wouldn’t talk about my money issues with someone I don’t know, especially since the number showed up as a mobile. He went on about how the number is super secure and can’t be traced. What a load of nonsense!!!

Got a call from a guy who sounded Indian saying he was with the citizens advice bureau and that they had details about my debts being unsecured. Bit odd really, as I haven’t got any debts at all! Ended up just hanging up and blocking the number straight away.

Some guy with an Asian accent calling from “UK Finance” about my loan request. When I told him I hadn’t applied for anything, he asked if I wanted a loan. I said clearly this is a scam, and he told me to “just f##k off” not once but three times. I’ve reported it to the police and Action Fraud now.

Got a call today from someone claiming he could clear my debts, said his name was Peter Jones from UK money advice. When I asked why the number showed up as a mobile, he said it was a BT internet-generated number that changes each time he rings. Told him his name sounded a bit dodgy, like a fake from Pakistan or something. I told him it was a scam and told him to piss off.

I told her it was against GDPR and asked to speak to a manager. She said she was the manager and I should just listen. Someone called me claiming to be from the Citizens Advice or something like that, and they already knew my full name and postcode. They said my creditors had passed on my info because I supposedly owe loads of money and even said there’s a CCJ against me. They kept pressing me for how much I owe and the names of all the places I’m in debt to. The thing is, I only got this number a couple of months ago and haven’t told everyone important yet, so I have no clue how they got all this info. It’s really stressed me out and almost made me have a panic attack.

Got a call from someone named 'Janet' who said she was with UK money advice and said I had to verify info for a loan I supposedly just applied for. When I asked for more info, she said it was the loans department and told me to call them myself. I asked if she could put me through but she said no.
