This has to be a scam. I got a robotic call saying they were from some ‘fraud department’, telling me there were two weird charges on my account, one for £800 to Amazon. They told me to press one if I was okay with it or two to talk to someone. It sounded fishy, so I hung up and rang my bank using the number on the back of my card. Turns out nothing suspicious was happening on my account. Proper dodgy, watch out for this.
