I got contacted by someone on LinkedIn who pretended to be a woman with both an English and a Chinese name. They used a photo of a Chinese girl on their profile. Somehow they managed to get my private phone number from LinkedIn and messaged me on WhatsApp. The whole thing was about getting me involved in some BTC/USDT trading scheme, but I suspected it was a scam right away. As soon as I showed no interest, they blocked me on LinkedIn. Watch out for this kind of fraud - they might use different phone numbers, including one from France.
