Got a call from someone pretending to be HMRC, saying I owed money for self-employed tax returns. They told me a letter was sent back and threatened legal action if I didn't pay up. Totally obvious scam from some dodgy overseas source.

I got a call saying I owed a parking fine and had to pay within 14 days or the cost would go up by half. They didn’t tell me where or when the supposed offence happened, no car registration mentioned, and no proper info at all. I never got any actual fine note, no ticket on the car, and nothing through the post. Honestly, I’ve got no idea what this is about, so I’m pretty sure it’s just a scam.
