It was clear to me it was a scam call. The message was a low quality recording with a woman’s voice, claiming money had been withdrawn from my account but never naming the bank. They told me to press 1, which screamed spam. Hard to believe anyone would actually get fooled by that, but you never know, weird stuff goes on!
