Like others have said, I got a text on 13th April 2021 around 6.15pm saying I had to pay an unpaid delivery fee of £1.79 by clicking a link (which I avoided!). It claimed my parcel wouldn’t be redelivered otherwise. I’ve handed the info over to my phone network and also reported it on the Action Fraud website.

Got a text saying Hermes want a payment to redeliver a parcel through a link, but dont click it! I actually expected a Hermes delivery and called the supplier to check, they told me it’s a scam thats been going around a lot this week. Be careful!
