Got a call from someone claiming to be Virgin Media, blaming me for slow internet. They told me to open my web browser, then suddenly this 'supervisor' got involved like they were trying to hook me in. The bloke told me to run a speed test, which actually came back faster than what I pay for. Still, he insisted it was too slow and wanted me to go to 'Anydesk.com' so he could control my computer. I told him straight I wasn’t installing anything like that, and after a load of pressure, he gave up and hung up. Proper dodgy behaviour.
