Beware of this so-called car dealer who swindled me out of my cash and didn't deliver the car. I won a deal on eBay and ended up travelling all the way from Romania to Cheltenham, just to be told some story about him being up in Scotland. He just repeated the same excuse again and again. Definitely watch out for this kind of scam!
