Got a call on my home phone claiming to be from BT, then shortly after got an email that looked like it was from BT with some kind of BT ID PIN number. They told me to log into my account on my laptop cos supposedly my broadband was at risk. I ended the call straight away and rang BT myself. They told me the email was legit but someone was trying to hack into my account by using the “forgot password” trick - total phishing scam.
