I got a call this morning from a woman with an Asian accent claiming she was from a call centre. She told me that my Amazon account had been used to buy an iPhone costing £600 at 8 am. I immediately knew it was just a scam and told her to stop wasting my time and hang up. I’ve had almost the exact same call before from the number 01748 825290.
