Just a heads up, this disgusting individual has started ringing my dad on a different number - 07494 483024. Please make sure to block this number and inform your local police. Lancashire Constabulary have already been notified about it.

My 95 year old dad got a call from this bloke with the exact same tale. Tried ringing him back but got nothing. He even used my dad's name which is just shocking. We have security cameras and noticed he was trying to set up some kind of appointment. Properly disgraceful behaviour!

My 91 year old father in law just got a call from someone who managed to get past our call blocker. Thankfully he told them he wasn’t interested and ended the call right away.

Got a call from a bloke named Aaron about checking our double glazing - but he actually rang my 92-year-old mum, not me. I was watching the whole thing on my cameras and these guys just wouldn’t accept no for an answer; they went ahead and set up an appointment anyway. Now whenever I try to ring Aaron back, he just doesn’t pick up.

I’m based in Blackpool and got a call at about 10.15 on 5th August 2022. It was that double glazing company again. The guy said they’d done some work for us 10 years ago, but I knew straight away it was dodgy as our windows were actually fitted nearly 40 years back. He did sound quite professional though, could’ve easily tricked someone less clued up. The number that called me was 07746905394, a mobile one.

Got a call earlier and nobody said a word on the other end. Just silence. Really weird!

A bloke called saying our windows need checking because apparently they’ve been in for 15 years. He said he’d send someone over on Monday to have a look. Trouble is, we’ve lived here 18 years and those windows were installed way before that!
