I got a call from this number, and the person said they'd dropped their phone in water and were using that number just for now. They even called me Dad to try and sound convincing. When I asked for the pin we usually use, they went quiet. Definitely a scam, so watch out!

Somebody called my dad pretending they were me, saying my phone was broken and they were using a different one. Looks like a total scam to me.
