I've been getting way too many calls from this number lately.

Without a doubt a scam - some bloke pretending to be from the UK benefits office!?? Could easily be ringing from abroad.

Got a call from someone claiming to be the refund dept asking for my account number and sort code to transfer a big sum. I enjoy stringing them along on the phone for ages, hope it tires them out and they bother less folks eventually.

I got a call from someone about PPI, they were asking for my account info so they could supposedly sort out the refund. Seemed a bit dodgy to me.

For the last few years, I've been getting calls asking for someone called Jane Holloway. Whenever I ask who's on the line, they just cut me off straight away. Honestly, I don't even know a Jane Holloway!
