Got a call from a woman saying she was from BT, blaming line issues and upgrades. She asked for the last digit of our mobile numbers and then wanted to know our pets' names. We refused to give any info, then she suddenly said she wasn’t calling from a mobile. When we told her we weren’t BT customers, she just hung up on us.
