It was the usual quick ring, then I got a text apologising and asking for my name. I replied with my nickname and mentioned I’m with the Royal Navy. Haven’t heard anything after that, haha.

They rang me once, then sent a text saying "u ok". I didn’t trust it for a second and blocked the number immediately - definitely some dodgy scam.

Got a text from this number asking “u ok?” after they called me. When I asked who was texting, they said “vicky. what ur name?”. Seems like a typical scam to me.

so there was this girl called vicky who rang me by mistake, asked what my name was, and then she just stopped messaging me out of nowhere.

Got a quick ring, must have lasted just a couple seconds before it cut off. Then this message popped up saying, "you alright?" I asked who was texting and the reply was "Vicky." She then said, "Oops, called the wrong number, I'm so daft."

got a call from someone then they hung up, later got a text saying it was Vicky. I told her I was locked up for murder. Hilarious she never replied after that!

Got a call where they just said "oh sorry" and then immediately cut off. Later got a text with the same message. Feels like a dodgy scam to me.

I got a message too that said "so very sorry". Like some others, I’m pretty sure this is some kind of scam.

Got a text on my phone saying “so very sorry” out of the blue. Didn’t have a clue who it was from, felt a bit strange honestly. Wonder what the story behind that message is. Just one of those random things you get with unknown numbers these days.
