Got a call on my landline from someone claiming to be BT. Seemed pretty legit since they even texted me a PIN, supposedly from BT, and knew my mobile number. Still, something felt off when they asked me to install AnyDesk on my laptop. That’s basically handing over full access to them. Didn’t feel right at all, so I just ended the call straight away.
