got calls from the same number twice today, i just ignored the first one. when they rang again i put loud music on and left it playing, just to annoy whoever it was.

some guy rang me saying he was from some sort of credit investigation team or something. i asked which firm he was with and he got all offended, like i was being rude for asking. then when i told him i got no loans or credit card debts, he straight up called me a liar. just hung up on me after that.

some bloke called saying he was from a credit investigation unit linked to a uk government charity to help clear debts. he told me one of my creditors had given them my info but when i asked which one, all he said again was about the charity. then he tried to get me to say how much i owed, throwing out figures like 10k, 15k, 20k to guess at my debt. i told him i owed nothing and asked where he got my details from and told him to take me off their list, then he just cut the call.

We received a call from an Asian gentleman claiming to be from the local council. However, as soon as we asked him to explain his reasons in a concise manner, he quite abruptly replied with a rather rude "F*** you!" before hanging up the phone!

Absolutely appalling! We clearly communicated our disinterest, yet she still had the audacity to call us a '[***] [***]'. I've never experienced such disrespect. It's truly shocking and leaves one feeling quite revolted.

I encountered a rather aggressive Asian gentleman who was insisting on some cash, using foul language and displaying a rather nasty attitude. He was asking for my card details to settle a supposed debt. Total scam! I've already reported the matter to the police.
