Someone from a ‘claim company’ rang me up saying they’d sent a form last year about my HSBC account, but apparently they never got it back. They wanted me to give them my details so they could complete the form on the phone. I told them to just send me the form and I’d fill it out myself, but they refused saying people usually don’t bother returning the forms. Bit fishy, if you ask me.

Got a call from a lady claiming to be from NatWest today. Bit suspicious if you ask me!

Over the last few days, they've rung me a bunch of times. When I finally picked up, a guy on the other end said he was “from the bank”.
