So this number just rang me up a minute ago. A woman answered, with a sort of exaggerated Indian accent, claiming she was from Microsoft. Said my PC was throwing loads of error alerts and all sorts of rubbish. Yeah right! I played along for a while but probably went a bit too far putting on the 'confused granny' act - she ended up hanging up. Definitely a Microsoft scam trying to get into your machine. Watch out for these!
