I got a call claiming there were a couple of suspicious card charges since I supposedly never used my cards before. They told me to hit 1 to cancel the charges or 2 to chat with security. I chose 1 and got through to someone in the fraud team. When they asked how they could assist, I told them I honestly didn’t know since they were the ones calling me. It was tricky figuring out which bank they were representing, but after a while, they said Lloyds. I don't even have an account with Lloyds, so I said I’d ring my bank and then ended the call.
