Got a dodgy text from a mobile number claiming my National Insurance number had been leaked by 'somebody in North Wales'. It said to 'Press 1' to chat with a 'Legal Investigator' or else face 'legal consequences'. If a proper legal investigator was involved, they’d ring me up personally, not send some rubbish text. Feels like a scam with maybe dodgy intentions. Why on earth use a mobile to push such nonsense?
