Got a call from someone pretending to be O2, saying my sim would be turned off in 48 hours unless I switched to a new 5G sim they could post to me. I let them go on for a bit, just to hear what nonsense they came up with, but it’s definitely a scam. Oddly enough, they rang my O2 work phone (I actually work for O2 myself). Seriously, don’t be fooled by this - if you get a call like this, waste their time but never hand over any info!
