I tried ringing that number again but got nothing, it says the number isn’t active. Maybe it’s a one-way line from a call centre, so you can’t get through on it. Has anyone actually managed to speak to someone when they called?

Got a call sayin I ordered a phone costing £399.99. They said if I didn't buy it, I should press 1 to reach Amazon's customer help. I pressed 1, but as soon as I did, the call just dropped.
