Got a call from someone saying they were from the 'Bank Security Team', told me someone made a £300 purchase on Amazon and sent £1100 abroad. Of course, they had the usual “Press 1 to talk to an agent” bit. Total nonsense, honestly. This is the fourth time in just a couple of days they’ve bothered me. These fraudsters are just trying to scam cash out of people - police really need to step in and stop this rubbish.
