I got a text from this number claimin to be HMRC. The message had a link that took me to a bogus HMRC website. It asked for loads of personal info like name, DOB, address and even credit card details, including the 4 digit code on the back. They also wanted my full driving licence info. Definitely a scam, so watch out!
