Beware, this was definitely a scam! Someone rang me pretending there was a missed delivery from Royal Mail and told me to go online to their site to sort out a redelivery fee. The very next day, I got another call, this time from a person saying they were from Barclays fraud team, asking me to verify some payments. Turns out it was all fake and they wanted me to approve a payment of £1600 from my bank account. Nearly got caught out, so watch yourselves!
