I hired a builder who took £11,000 off me, believing he was connected to a firm called Roofstyle Roofing Solutions Ltd, mainly because this number appears on most of their website pages. When I questioned the builder, Robert, about it, he denied any link to that company and said he's actually trading as AY Roofing. Since then, I’ve tried calling and texting him multiple times but he just ignores me! Could it be that 02 have accidentally assigned the same phone number to more than one business?
