Total scam. They tried to fool me by pretending to be from BT, but it was defo fake. They asked me to install and open AnyDesk, which is actually a legit app but can let others control your computer remotely. They said it’d help check if my internet had been hacked. So far, nothing bad happened, but it’s obvious they weren't looking out for me!

Last evening, I received a rather suspicious message purporting to be from Royal Mail. It claimed that there had been an unsuccessful attempt to deliver a parcel, and that I ought to provide my shipping details to arrange for a redelivery.

This is the third time in just a few days i've been hit with a supposed delivery scam. Twice were from Evri, and just now one claimed to be from the post office. That weird little bit in the message about 'wishing you a wonderful day' really gave it away - it’s a classic tell that it’s not legit.

I got a call from this number +447742466522 pretending to be Royal Mail, saying they had a package for me. But trust me, they’re not from Royal Mail at all! They tried to get me to download some software that would steal my personal info. Do not trust this number or click on any links they send!
