They called twice and when I answered the third time it turned out to be a total wrong number.

I reckon this number was a mistake, I didn’t recognise who it was.

I didnt have a clue who was calling because the number was unfamiliar so I checked it out here, thought it might be a scam. Then they phoned again so I picked up just to see what was up, but as soon as they realised they’d got the wrong number they said sorry and explained it was a misdial. Never heard from them again after that.
