Got a call from someone saying my visa got hacked, total load of rubbish if you ask me.

I got a call from this number but as soon as I picked up, the call dropped. Tried ringing back but it kept saying call error. After a while, an automated voice came on, no one actually speaking. Sounds dodgy, could be a scam?
