This woman called me saying she noticed two big payments on my account that weren’t normal for me - one was over £100, can’t exactly recall, and the other was £700 to some place called ZOO. I’ve never heard of them. They told me to press 1 or 2 on the phone, but I was so worried I didn’t really listen properly. I just wanted to check my bank balance immediately. I hung up and logged into my account and saw no money had been taken. I haven’t looked at it since then.
