Got a call on my mobile, which is strange because I hardly ever use it, just keep it in case of emergencies. None of my mates even have that number. I only spotted the call after turning the phone on to check the battery. No voicemail or anything left. Total mystery where they found my number.

i think this phone number has something to do with debts! i got a call not long ago from a number like this one, claiming to be from citizens advice!

We picked up, but no one said anything. This happened just after we got a call trying to scam us with a fake Amazon Prime story. Not sure what’s going on, but we’ll wait and see.

I picked up the phone and all I got was silence on the other end. For me, it’s easy to spot dodgy calls - if nobody speaks up within a few seconds, I just hang up. No point sticking around.
