Since March 2019, I've been getting constant calls from someone claiming to be National Debt Management Helpline but it's actually Wimbledon Guild of Social Work or Need More Time / Commsave. They rang me again on 11/08/20 on two separate phones. It's mad because these calls caused one social worker to be suspended for two years and put strict conditions on another. The caller sounded like an Asian bloke with this electronic chirping noise right when the call began. I don't owe any money and I always sort my bills promptly.
