Got a voicemail from a bloke with an African accent saying I’m due a big tax refund! He said I just need to give him my personal info and bank details to get the cash in two days. Sounds dodgy to me, so I blocked the number straight away. Probably some Nigerian scam.

Got a call from what sounded like an African gentleman, claiming to be from the HM Revenue office about some supposed missed payment. It’s clearly a mobile number, but I’ve never dealt with any underpayment. Hung up and blocked the number. Sharing here so others don’t fall for it.
