This is total rubbish. I'm not under any investigation. The comments down below are just from call centres who buy lists connected to investments that either have late interest payments or have gone bust. They then ring up worried investors and scare them by saying they've lost everything. They get them to sign up without telling them that after the 14-day cooling off period, the investors are locked in and have given away 20, 30, sometimes 40% of their money. The FSCS protection is completely free, by the way. Love, Gulsen xxxx

These claim firms just wanna make cash by misleading you. They do a bit of paperwork for you but don’t tell you upfront that there won’t be a legit case until admin stuff is all done. Even when a case looks valid, any payout comes from the FSCS compensation scheme, which anyone can contact on their own for free. So, don’t call me the scammer here. Brokers have rules they gotta follow. If you're putting your money in without doing proper homework, like looking them up on FCA and some forums, well you kind of ask for trouble. And no, just calling it 'buyer beware' doesn’t cut it here - this is straight up fraud.

I got a call from 07739427895 and I looked it up on who-called.co.uk. Turns out, it’s someone named Gulsen Ejder. She sounded really polite and charming, but she tries to convince people to put money into some non-regulated business pretending it’s legit (PLEASE get this removed fast). This is totally libellous, and now all my comments have been marked as spam even though I asked for a callback.

part 2 So, some folks put money into this business which unfortunately went into liquidation and now they’re just waiting to get their cash back. As far as I understand, there’s a procedure you have to follow. You know, investments don’t always go smooth - they can rise and fall. I had a terrible experience with a firm called Your Options, which seems to be linked with Access Commercial Finance Ltd. They basically trick people into handing over their savings, only to vanish or ignore all calls when you ask for your money back. The guy in charge of investments, #### ####, seems to be part of the problem too. Honestly, they’ve caused so much grief for folks unlucky enough to get involved with them. Proper shameful behaviour!

There’s a firm from Halifax, Parkin Beacher Ltd, doing business as ‘Your Pension Options’, that’s been slapped with a £50,000 fine. They were making pension-related marketing calls without having the proper permission to reach out to folks. Definitely not on the right side of the rules!

According to the Daily Mail, Your Options Ltd was misleading customers by suggesting NPI was properly authorised, which made people feel safe about the 7% return on its Choices Bond. This Halifax-based firm said NPI had 'all necessary permissions and protections', but conveniently left out that this didn’t mean they had FSCS protection.

I've chatted with loads of folks and been offered all sorts of choices, but the rates here were hands down the best. Golshan, the lady who helped me, really took the time to do a proper risk check before suggesting anything. She also made sure I didn’t put all my free money into one thing. I got a call from this number and spoke to a really polite woman, didn't catch her name though. She told me she was an ISA and investment broker but didn’t mention the company she worked for. Turns out, it’s government-backed. She went through some fixed rate bond options that are supported by the government. When I asked her who funds the organisation, she explained that the provider gives her company an introducer’s fee, which seemed reasonable to me.

Got a call from someone saying they were with the pensions regulator, looking into some pension fees. Felt a bit off to me.

A call came from some place called Lp.c.I, or something like that, not sure exactly the name. They said they were some kinda “investment” firm and asked straight for me by name. Told me they’d “got” my number or that it was the one on file for me. Kept pushing me to say my number out loud to confirm it was right. Tried asking what the call was about but they wouldn’t say. Then the same number called again later but I just let it ring out.
