This number kept ringing me all day, just missed it again at 7pm. Not gonna pick up now, my mum had a similar issue and told the bloke to shove it. She’s 76, speaks Asian and the guy was really rude.

Got two calls from this number, both times they just hung up before getting to the point where they asked for me by name. Sounds like a typical scam about debts, probably tryin’ to get you to pay over the phone quick with some fake offer. It really makes you wonder which companies are passing on our info, or if someone inside is nicking our details! So annoying and worrying at the same time.

Got a call from some Asian bloke claiming he was from Citizens Advice about a debt. How on earth do these muppets get away with pretending to be from official organisations? They always ring on a blocked number too.

A woman with an Asian accent called saying she was from Citizens Advice and wanted to discuss my debts. She told me to pay attention as it was really important. I told her she wasn't genuine and that Citizens Advice wouldn’t ever make calls like this. She just ended the call after that.

On 12/1/2015 I get a call from a guy with an Asian accent. The line was terrible but he wanted to talk to someone, so I asked what it was about. He started cursing at me, calling me stupid and stuff. I already thought it was a dodgy call so I just ended it straight away.

I got a call from 07739140103. The guy spoke with an Asian accent and claimed he was from a government department. When I asked which one, he couldn’t give a proper answer. I then asked where exactly he was calling from, and he just replied “where?”. When I pressed if he was calling from the UK or India, he asked why I wanted to know. After that, he started shouting and swearing at me.

This number rang me up saying they got my debt details from Citizens Advice Bureau - when I told them that wasn’t true, they just ended the call straight away. I’ll be blocking this number now.

Got a call from some Asian bloke called "Stefan Rogers" who rang me a few times the other day and again today. He wanted to speak to me, asked for my name, then said sorry she’s not here, who’s calling? and just hung up. What a muppet. I’ve blocked the number now. These cold calls are getting well out of hand.

some bloke kept saying he had info on debts worth over £500 from the citizens advice bureau, but when i asked more, he said it came from the office of fair trading. then he said he’s from the “compliance team at CAB.” told him he clearly didn’t know how these places work and he ended up calling me “the dumbest bloke in the UK!”

I got a missed call from this number and decided to pick up today. When I asked the guy for some details, he got all defensive and asked why I was grilling him. Then when I asked how he found my number, he just ended the call! Definitely wouldn't trust this at all!

this number rang me and it was a bloke with no accent, he actually knew my first name but got my last name wrong. when i said yes, he just started laughing on the phone. i ended the call straight away. ive got an app that showed a pic for this number - an older white man with facial hair. ive blocked it both on my phone and on the app.

Got a call from this number saying my debt got passed to them from the OFT (Office of Fair Trading). They claimed I owed £5000, which I definitely don’t. When I asked who exactly he was with, he couldn’t give a proper response. I told him I wasn’t interested and that I owed nothing, then he just cut me off quick. Felt really sketchy to me.

This number called me earlier today, and it was some Asian bloke saying my credit card was sent to some debt collectors and he wanted to set up payments. I was gobsmacked, my card’s always cleared on time! Thankfully the line was dodgy and he hung up quick. When I tried calling back, the number wouldn’t even accept my call. Bit fishy if you ask me.

Someone rang pretending they were from a debt support service, I politely told them I’m not interested and asked to be taken off their calling list, and then they told me to bugger off. Needless to say, I’ve blocked the number now!

THIS LAD CALLED ME TWO TIMES SAYING HE WAS WITH THE GOV TO HELP SORT MY DEBT. WHEN I SAID HIS INFO WAS WRONG, HE TOLD ME TO GO AWAY AND JUST CUT THE CALL. REALLY DISGRACEFUL!

Got a call about some unsecured debt, they first said they were from Citizens Advise Bureau. Later they switched and said they worked for the Financial Conduct Authority and then pretended to be from the Office of Fair Trading. They even tried to set up a visit to my house, promising to clear my debt.

Got a bloke who sounded Asian calling me, reckoning I had some unpaid debts. Told him to jog on and blocked the number.

This number rang me up on my mobile and I had no clue who he claimed to be or how he got hold of my number. Only my family doctor and surgeon have this number as I’m disabled. When I asked who he was trying to reach and where he got my number from, he just went on jibber-jabber. He sounded either Indian or Pakistani (not being racist, I've got two sisters married to brothers from Anglo-Indian families) but I couldn’t catch a word. I told him to cancel my number and when I hung up, I could still hear him talking. Isn’t the government supposed to be cracking down on cold calls?

Some idiot rang me up this morning just as I was sorting myself out for work. He claimed he was from the CAB and was phoning about my debts. I really wish there was a way to get him in trouble with the authorities, proper cheeky bloke.

No name was mentioned by the caller, just some Asian guy claiming to be from the Financial Conduct Authority or something. He rang me twice today, once at 08:49 and again at 14:55, asking if I owed any loans or had outstanding debts. When I tried to find out how he got my info, he dodged every question and got pretty rude and difficult as I pushed for answers. Who the hell calls from a mobile and expects me to hand over personal info? Straight to blocked.

This bloke said he was from the financial conduct authority. I told him I was tied up and asked him to send any details about my supposed debts in writing. When he then asked for my address, I said if he really was from who he said, he’d already have that info. That’s when he started cussing at me, calling me an idiot. I hung up and blocked the number straight away.

Got a call from a man with a foreign accent this morning at 6:02. He claimed Citizens Advice had given him my number 'cause supposedly I owe loads of money. I told him I didn't have any debt, but he wouldn't take no for an answer. Eventually I just said flat out I didn't owe anything and hung up. He tried calling back but I ignored it. These kinds of calls are getting really annoying.

One time this number rang me but I couldnt answer it, so my phone sent me a missed call message from it. I replied asking 'who's this?' and they never called back. Also got a couple of calls from an 0800 number, dunno what that was about but maybe it was about some "debt" thing. I dont owe anything though, im only 12!

Someone pretending to be from Citizens Advice and a Government agency called me, saying they could wipe out 60% of my debts. They said my creditors got in touch with them but wouldn’t say who. I don’t owe anyone a thing! I rang Citizens Advice and they confirmed they don’t make calls like this! Definitely a scam. The caller was quite pushy and a bit threatening, with a foreign accent. When I kept asking to talk to their manager, he just hung up on me.
