TOTALLY A SCAM. I got an automated call saying my name was added to some federal debtor list and that there’s supposedly an investigation into me. They told me to ring back for details. Sounds fishy for a couple of reasons: I’ve got a proper job and always pay my taxes and bills on time. Also, official stuff like this doesn’t come as a random call, usually it’s by letter or official people show up at your door. Definitely a dodgy scam trying to trick people.
