Definitely seems like it's a business call from Amex. They’re attempting to sell you something, but honestly, it’s quite absurd that they ring up just to pry into your private information. I absolutely wouldn’t suggest divulging any personal details when they call you! I made it clear to them that we won’t be sharing any of our sensitive info and told them to send us a proper letter if there’s something they wish to discuss. Always best to keep your guard up!
