This is the second time today I’ve received a call like this, but thankfully from a different phone number now. The voicemail had an American accent and claimed my Visa card was charged £799 by Amazon Support. Thing is, I don’t even own a Visa card. They then wanted me to ring some kind of call centre. Not sure if it’s just me, but I did buy tickets from SeeTickets earlier this morning and gave them my number. Since then, I’ve had a couple of these dodgy phishing calls come through.
