They rang saying it was about my phone contract upgrade, which I had no idea about. I asked straight away which company they were representing and all they said was "your phone company". I repeated my question and then the bloke snapped, telling me “listen, don’t you want a discount? Your bill’s going to skyrocket.” Felt like he wasn’t too keen on me asking lots of questions, so I just ended the call and blocked the number.
