Some bloke rang claiming he was from Vodafone but had a pretty thick foreign accent. He said he’d got my number off some list, which I figured was probably one of those dodgy spam lists sold about. Then he went on about working for Vodafone’s partner firms like Sky and EE or something. Apparently, I had an issue with a ‘load’. I joked if he was talking about my washing machine, but he didn’t quite catch on to the joke at all. Quite weird really!
