So, I picked up the phone and the person immediately said there's been some suspicious activity on my account. I pressed 1 like they told me and got through to someone else who also mentioned fraud. I then asked which bank it was; after a little pause, they said Lloyds. That's when I told them it's a scam because I don't have an account with Lloyds, and then they just ended the call.
