Got a message saying I owed a fine for a PCN but it wasn't clear who it was really for. They sent a link that took me to some sort of QR code maker, which felt a bit dodgy to me. Definitely seemed like a scam, so I didn’t click on anything.

Be careful with this one. I’m surprised no one else has searched this number before me. I got a message saying some council wants money for a parking fine, with links to sort the payment. Problem is, I’ve never had any actual letter or official notice in the post, which I believe is supposed to happen by law. Looks dodgy to me, so watch out. Definitely worth looking into properly.
